Casual Days with Gray Peplum Sweatshirt

For the days that I just want to wear something uber comfortable, I usually reach for a pull-over sweatshirt and call it a day. You know, the one that is more than several years old (*ahem* 6 or 7), stretched out, and should have been replaced a long time ago. So today I'm sharing a different take on the convention pull-over sweatshirt with this peplum option from Anthropologie.

FIT & DETAILS

This Anthropologie sweatshirt is a great addition to the comfort and cozy side of my closet. It is a casual basic with a twist. The sweet peplum style makes it feminine and fun. It is a blend of polyester and cotton; soft on the outside and textured on the inside. Because of the peplum part, the sweatshirt runs long - which I love since I have a longer torso-to-legs ratio.

I love this top for the weekend because it is super casual but still can be dressed up. It has a loose fit and works for eating really well during weekend brunch - you'll still feel comfortable. The shoulders and sleeves run narrow and while this works for me, if you have wide shoulders or are muscular, I advise that you size up. I'm wearing a size XS. The peplum has a rare edge. It only comes in one color - dark grey. However, it looks more like a medium grey to me.

Good news, this sweatshirt is 50% OFF right now (as of 5/6/2018) so pick it up asap.
